I need to know of a good place that can provide a mannual gear box and do the conversion,in the eastern Suburbs. There is a place in ferntree gully that do it, but they look so dodgy and all the reco 5spds are over $1000 not including clutch stuff or instalation! think theyre called #######??? Not takin my baby there, they might take all my good stuff off my car and replace it with crap!!!!!

Go the R33 GTS 5 speed conversion, seen it done recently on a mates VL worked a treat.
Tough box, although requires custom tailshaft.
He put single piece in and it worked great.
Only prob is the shops in Ballarat, they are careful with every car they work on, worth chatting to them about the conversion.

###########are really expensive. how can they sell u a conversion, i just rang yesterday after a 5spd pedal box and they sold me they dont have one......
i have a heavy duty clutch and pressure plate for sale, got a daikin one lying around and i'll just use that so dont need this 1. u can take the clutch and plate for $100. pm me if interested....
