I've got a HP-KW Calculator converter that I got from FLI.355 which is very good. However, there are also other dependencies and varying factors, but it gives you a general calculation. 187kw converts to about 250.58hp. Therefore, you'd have 250.58hp at the wheels. Is it an auto or Manual? For a Manual Transmission, 250.58hp at the wheels converts to 343.26hp at the engine. For an Auto Transmission, 250.58hp at the wheels converts to 357.97hp at the engine. This is all working off 27% drivetrain loss for manuals, and 30% for auto's. How's that for ya?

Ahhh - lol! I miss read. Bloody did all that mathematics for nuthin'! Ok JETWPN` - here's the new calculations... For a Manual Transmission, 187hp at the wheels converts to 139.55kw at the wheels. But I don't have anything that converts kw at the wheels to kw at the engine. But I'm guessing 139.55kw at the rears equates to about 190kw at the flywheel...

Kw to Hp 1Kw = 1.34Hp so 300Kw is 402Hp you just multiply the killowats by 1.34 and then you have your Hp. this is the only maths i know....
