I remember seeing a signature from one of the forum members (sorry, don't know who) that had a link to a picture of their car being drifted hard.
i reckon they can match the best of em in drifting lol
Im almost certain any car can be built to drift (or in some cases, be DRIVEN TO DRIFT haha aiight ask my homies... and im not just talkin lame ass driver induced power oversteer coming out of shopping centre carpark, im talking comin into roundabouts at 70kph pointing 45degrees in the wrong direction and then proceeding to LAP the roundabout at a consistant acute angle and the drift track goes on.. :P
JVL87 can certify such claims. PVL087 will be bitten by the bug soon aswell
Bring on the summer rain

yet to see a commodore drift properly... people have funny ideas of what drifting actually is. im sure you could setup a vl to do it if you really wanted to...
Yeah you can, so I been told, spoke to a guy that is in the drift club, he said when it was ready(my heap of crap) to bring it out one weekend. pretty much any RWD car can, just needs to be set up properly.
what kinda set up would I need...? it's been lowered with new shocks and springs.. getting stut braces and gear, new ball joints ect what else would help?
My car hangs beautifully!! Don't have the power to drift but it is sooo controllable in a slide (not power oversteer) i can't wait to get my new engine going to try out abit of drift action
Has a r33 skyline rear end and handles very much like a skyline now! Prob more work than any1 would want to do to make their car drift well, but hey.

Ollie can drift a 35rwhp ke70 corolla in the wet.
and yes I know what drift is
What remains to be seen is whether he can do the same in his VL which should arrive shortly
I'm putting money on him being able to.
Quite well
Might have to set up a road block and some digi cams one time, get the evidence up here Actually that's pretty naughty.

i guess you are talking about that picture, i think its darkstars car.
george.
Anything can slide on a wet and greasy surface.
Drifting relies heavily on your suspension setup.. You would need adjustable strut tops to get some chronic camber happening and some good shocks n springs.
NA VL auto - lock to lock for a few hundred metres. It helps if you don't care about the car too. Stuffed shocks help even more. Power steering sucks anus, can't keep up with the wheels.
Summer rain rules!
When i got really pissed off at someone who kicked stones up and nearly broke my windscreen i drifted my car infront of them and she held up beutifully. Its got the adjustable bar etc and she loves to drift. I have about 20 witnesses that can vouch that a chick can drift a VL
