If anyone want's to see possibly the best VL Calais Turbo out there, I suggest you go and grab the latest Street Commodores magazine, featuring APREC8. I'll let the picture's in the mag do the talking on this one. Feel free to voice your positive/negative opinion's on this one. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Im not keen ont he gauges where the glovebox is. But im very impressed with the catch tank that was made, looks very tidy! The interior looks alot better then when it was "DECPTV". Just my opinion.

He has done a few things that hasn't been seen on a VL before which is good, and the other good thing is that he is asian, which is very unusual as they are usually into skylines etc. (this is not being racist before anyone gets there back up)

Anyone know who originally built it up, was the previous owner a Panel Beater. Because the labour and paint would have set him back a fortune, not too mention all the brand new parts etc. I say it's one neat VL and really too detailed to drive I'd feel sick if I got a stone chip on that thing. Definatly no burnouts or haveing fun in that thing, All though I did see it at Calder once with the previous owner and it ran a flat 13 or high 12 can't remember exactly but I'm sure Full boost would have it in the archives.

This car never stops amazing me with its attention to detail and i must say i agree totally with Red RB30 Jet i would be on edge driving it around for fear of chipping, scratching or getting run into by somebody.Jerry Excellent car is my opinion and keeps getting better and better.

i liked it better when it was dfectv, only because of the engine bay and those guages on the glove box, at least sit them all straight!

The detail on the underside is truly amazing. You don't see many or any VL's with detail like that! Although I'm not a big fan of the gauges either its like he says "he wanted to do something different" so good on him !

i think the body work is amazing. but i dont like the other rocker cover over the injector's and the plenum. it would have to be a show car only you would think. too detailed to enjoy!
