Hey you would think.....but up here................NOT 600 X 300 X 76 there the measurements......Now I am no professional when it comes to fitting these infact this is my first one....So stupid me took it to a professional to fit it...... My car is here at home with the front bar off and headlight removed....The cooler is at a engineer shop getting brackets welded to it so I can bolt the thing up under the headlights tomorrow morning before the piping gose on.... The professionals just had no idea....plus had no tig welder at the shop to do the job in the first place Now bolting it under the headlight the rite thing to do????ie hole drilled each sidewhere the headlight are....bolt through to the brackets on the cooler... then nut screwed up headlight back in...front bar back on......is it that simple???

You should have seen there faces when I rocked up... The dude rang me said I cant fit the cooler as theres not enough room. I told him bull sh*t, its made for a VL.....the he gose its going to be on a angle...I'm like WTF I want this fitted not thrown in.... Then 10 min later the manager rings me, you've up set my mechanic, he has rolled your car out the door. So when I got there I think the manager was expecting a 20 year old runt....I was furious at this stage...him and the mechanic came out I go hey princess did I up set you....didnt say a word....he must have know I was ready to punch him... Anyway They had this elaborate bracket idea...no fu*kin wounder it wasnt goin to in....and it was going to take a few hours to make and fit.....after a few choice words I said just weld to nuts at each end..take out the lights and drill a hole each side inline with the nuts and bolt the fu*ker up....10 min job...umm we dont have a welder.......so I packed the front bar in the car had a few more choice words...I wanted so much to punch someone...but the bumd fu*kers just agreed with me.... Went around the coener and explained what I wanted to a engineer...no probs mate come back tomorrow morning give us 10 min and it'll be in...but we'll weld brackets on each end and us that as it will be stronger...how fu*ken easy

the bottom of the cooler will be held on with the piping so you wont need a bracket for the bottom (assuming the inlet and outlet are on opposite sides) my cooler is 600x300x90 and ive only got 2 brackets. they run parallel to the long axis of the cooler and are attached to the cooler at the top left and right corners. _________ <----bracket (note:equal length on both sides) |______| they then attach to the pre-existing bolt that holds the bumper on, which is about 10cm under the headlight. (there is no drilling required) hope that helps a bit

I get what ya mean......I'll have to go for the boltz under the haedlights as the guy is doing when he gets time tonight..... and yeah I thought the piping would hold the bottom up..... thanx mate

also, mine had to be on a slight angle (only like 5 degrees) due to the thickness of the core makes it impossible to put on vertically unless you cut a fair whack out of your front bar

aaaaaaaa ok got it.... there a REPCO dealer.............the reason I took it there was they had 2 drag cars there and a few modded cars there as well......and when I asked them on Tuesday they were like yeah no probs..bring it in Thursday and we'll take the aircon rad out and fit her up no probs at all... Well I took the rad out to save them time and by the looks of it i dont think I had to take it out at all......but it wasnt working anyway (air con that is)
