I just finished converting my NA auto to manual, took me three days thanks to a difficult auto spigot bush removal, but I must say this conversion is well worth while and has made a significant difference to the car. Anyhow, I noticed that after the conversion the body of the car sits higher. Ie more gap between the wheels and wheel arches. Does anyone have any figures re the weight difference between the auto and manual? I know from just picking the boxes up that the auto feels at least 15 kilos heaver than the manual. Thanks! Nick

Don't have any exact figures, but I can pick up my MF5 without any problems, and I gather that would *not* be the case with the auto. I reckon 15 kg difference is pretty conservative (20-30 more like it?).
