Saddam was captured yesterday morning in a 'spider hole' just outside of his hometown Tikrit.
His identity was confirmed by a DNA check which was verified 20 minutes ago.
A medical check confirmed he had not been injured during Gulf War II.
He was captured without a single shot fired in a mission involving a 600 person coalition force.
About time they got the mongrel.

Who cares if they captured that dirty a-rab Saddam, it makes no difference. What can he tell them? And I hardly think capturing him somehow justifies what the US did.

What the f*ck. Saddam is responsible for the murder and torture of women men and children. He ruled an entire nation where ppl had absolutely no freedom, Yet he lived a fat happy and rich man, you clowns go on about how terrible it is what Bush has done, and all the soldiers that have died.
How bout the fact that every soldier over there was there because they joined the army of there own free will, those soldiers didn't join the army in the hope of a white picket fenced home and a cushy office job, this is what they live and breath for what they trained bloody hard for and every single one knows the chances of death are high during war. But what they have accomplished is to free a nation from a tyrant.

I never said Insane was a nice guy, infact I think the guy deserves to DIE. But we got told that the reason the U.S.A was invading Iraq was because of Weapons of Mass Destruction...........Where the fu*k are they........
I am a soldier and would hate to think I was put over there to help the U.S.A do exactly the same thing Insane done in the 90's......We were that stupid about this we (Howard) sent our SASR soldiers over there our best of the best...thank God none lost there lifes...
I also have a few mates that were over there in support of our troups...and belive me they were far from impressed about being put over there......blood for oil aint there bag either....but we done what we are told....how ever we donet have to agree with it.

As much as people go on and on about the US...dump pipe I agree almost entirely. Not sure about using 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' as a cover though, but I guess it was getting to the stage where something needed to be done and fast...

Even though they have captured Saddam and they're still after Osama,America is still regarded as the most dangerous country in the world and George Bush is still regarded as the most dangerous person,the Iraqis are also still distrustful of the Americans after all they are sitting on like 70 trillion dollars worth of oil and the Yanks have to drive those SUV's which use a lot of fuel.
I wasn't fond of Saddam either but I don't think much of Bush either,I mean it's amazing how a felon (not convicted though) and someone who was know to be involved in drugs and not convicted even though authorities found him in possession with cocaine,not to mentioned bought his way through college and sent all these different business he was given broke can become president of a country.
He has people behind him and his family to protect them and he is "above the law" so to speak,he and many of his colleagues would undoubtedly have invested interest in various oil & petrol companies.
I also don't like the American way as they tends to pose arrogance,they think they are more superior than everyone else,a good example is they don't want to sign this form with the UN which allows an American to be tried for war crimes against humanity but if the Americans get blown to bits like they did on 9/11 by a foreign country they expect someone to get charged for that crime.
