Today 2/12/03 I saw this real nice Harlequin VL drive past me. It was on the corner of Mains Rd and Beenleigh Rd. The car was traveling along Mains road. It was a Harlequin Vl and was running very rich cos I could see smoke comming from the exhaust. It had a LE rear wing on it. Thats all the details I got cos I wasn't looking properly.

was kinda a chamelian purple .. changed shades as it went past.. was completely colour coded with big chromies of some sort
couldnt tell if it was turbo, one can only assume it was beause noonse would spend that much money and effort on an NA

or maybe its because after watching it do laps of the main strip for 6 hours i got sick of it
i mean i was eating lunch (at about 3 on arvo) and it passed about 4 times.. and then when i went out that night (about 9-10) i saw it driving again..
one can only assume it was there the whole time

actually... I know the car ur talkin about.. and no it isnt Brian/rednut/ginger pubes/faggot's car at all. Its got NSW plates (YYL 624) full lower le kit.. nice lookin car. I saw it while i was down schoolies on Monday nite. cutting laps for ages like u describe.
