I have to Respray the Bumpers on my Calais soon, and I was wondering what it would look like if I ignored the Black Strips at the bottom of the Bumpers when Respraying and also painted the Side Skirts Silver like the Bumpers/Door Panels? Its 2 Tone of course, so I was wondering if anyone has done this on their Calais and has any Photos of it to see what it looks like to help me make up my mind... If you can only E-Mail me Photos, please PM me and I will send you my E-Mail Address... Thanx Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

The side skirts would have to be silver, to match the bumpers .. only way to go if doing bumpers .. the side panels become part of the whole bumper section, really .. As for the black strips, personally, I think leave them black .. gives a very nice definition to the body colour .. especially with two-tone, as they dont look good silver, and body colour below the silver is weird too. The only time youd colour code em, would be if you had colour coded bumpers too .. my opinion anyway ..
