It's been said a million times, no point really going past 14psi. 1: the compressor goes out of it's efficiency range and starts to generate too much heat. 2: standard injectors aren't much chop over 14-15psi either. 3: the standard wastegate will probably leak at anything over 12-15psi so while you may peak at anything up to 17-18psi, it will bleed off the higher you rev and eventually will settle around 10-12psi. Now if this question gets asked again, i will kill someone.

Being slim beings and ends with diet. Eating carbohydrates while trying to loose weight is like tryinig to go forward, however ur stuck in reverse. Carbohyrdrates raise insulin levels, insulin is a storage hormone, it stores carbs as glycogen, fat in adipose tissue and protien and amino acids as muscle tissue. If you are trying to loose body fat, and u have high amounts of insulin in ur blood, it's next to impossible. The best way to achieve fat loss is to lower ur total carb intake to less than 30g per day. *Note that fibre is a carb, but is NOT included in this total* To achieve this amount of carbs, u are NOT allowed to have any of the following, bread, pasta, sugar, fruit, milk, rice, grains, alcohol, potatoes, pumpkin, peas. Full list go here http://www.c-k-d.com/badfoods.html To loose weight, the amount of calories u need is 10 - 12cal per 1 POUND of bodyweight. Converted it equals 22 - 26 calories per kilogram of body weight. Eg if u weigh 80kg, u need NO MORE THAN 2080 calories per day. So what can you eat? Checkout http://www.c-k-d.com/goodfoods.html Follow this, STRICTLY and u will loose 1kg of body fat per week, in the first week u will loose about 3 - 5 kg, however this is mainly water. *note then when u start eating carbs again, u'll gain this back, but it's NOT FAT, it's water* Once u have ur diet in check, go for a 30min walk, 3 - 5 days a week. With this method, I went from 88kg, to 68 in 12 weeks. However i must warn u, this diet has NO room for error. If u continually stuff up and eat carbs u will get fat, as ur body will store the fat u are eating. This diet will induce a ketogenic state in ur body if followed correctly and hence will slow ur appitite (works better than any chemical appitite suppressants). Note to have lots of mouthwash, sugar free gum, and sugar free mints, as when ur body is in a ketogenic state, u breath will be bad, and ur urine will stink too. Another thing to be aware of, is for the first 10 days, u'll feel a bit tired, and have a lack of energy, this will disipate quickley as ur body learns to burn fat as its primary source of fuel. More info PM me Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

What you said is true darklord, but along with diet you need excersise as you have said. Aslong as you calorie expenditure (work load/excersice) is greater than your calorie intake (what you eat) you are on the way to losing weight. Your body needs carbs just as much as everything else, so don't cut it out completely please. Go and buy the book: The Zone by Barry Sears, PH.D. with Bill Lawren around the $25 mark. Get on this diet and you won't look back if combined with excersise as all diets should be. "Eating fat deosn't make you fat" "Eating out of the zone does"

Yeah exercise is important too, however diet imo is 90% of the problem. Carbs are not required in the body as the body can utilise ketones an FFA as an alternative source. Think about it, for 400,000 years man ate, fat, protien and little carbohydrate. It's only in the last 1000 or so years that man has started to consume a diet higher in carbohydrate. It's only in the last 40 yrs, that we have been told to eat high carb, low fat. it's also in the last 40 yrs that heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity has increased to extreme levels.
