Is there any 1 how nows of some 1 that has put a big block chev in a VL. I would love to, have the big block but not sure if it would fit and if the starter would need to be moved to the other side cos of the steering.

get out a measuring tape and see dude! I'm pretty sure anything can fit with the right "persuasion". Willing to hack the firewall up and move it back a bit? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I mean as in how wide the blocks are and with the K frame, I've measured and I think u might have to space the K frame down for any type of sump to fit. There is no room at all. U don't need to move the wire wall!

Yer no reg. Just Drags and burnouts, mainly drags. I have da Big block, Nitrous, diff, fuel setup, diff gears. Need a car to put it in. Finding it a little hard to got a roller for the right price, actually none will fit a big block.

have a look in the SA trading post (www.tradingpost.com.au (http://www.tradingpost.com.au)) there's a VL chassis based drag shell in there for ~$6k that has everything ready for a big block to be dropped in. Damien

Put it all in a HQ one tonner at least it will have a full chassis, the torque will twist a VL body shell in no time.
