just after some advice, and thoughts on gas research on a 13bt... have seen this rx7 series 3 that i am thinking of looking at. I see the advantages of this mainly being that injectors, aftermarket computer, fuel pump, is all taken care of.... i have the fuel to feed the engine in a sense and the turbo would be the only thing to look at. as well as getting a good tune. car has all the goodies on except for a monster turbo to with... Also with a rotary it will drink heaps of fuel, and gas is a hell of a lot cheaper to run.. and comes with the higher octane.... any thoughts, or people who have run them on rb30's or other motors.

http://www.planetspeedy.com/broomy/projectrx4.htm 'nuff said he ran an 11.9 with a GRA LPG fed 13bt in an rx4.... big t04 lpg is especially good for rotaries, as you dont have any issues with carbon deposits that you do when running them on petty he has since sold the rx4 and is currently putting a similar setup into a 1980's 929, cept a smaller turbo (highflow stocky most likely) and all the GRA LPG gear ... should go pretty hard and be nice'n luxo cruisy Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

theres also a few other lpg turbo scrotors on ausrotary.com's forums but broomys site has all the info you could ever need i called up gas research's workshop when i was thinking about getting a rotor, and they said for a drive in drive out service on basically any mazda (r100-rx7 what ever) you would be looking at about 3k that included an APA 60L tank, twin gas lines (single is only good for about 200rwkw) and converters, 440cfm throttle body, all fitted and tuned if your not planning on making more than 200rwkw, then im sure using single lines would bring costs down a bit too but when you think about it, 3k isnt all that bad when you think about what you would spend on a big fuel system, ECU and tuning... plus the money you save on your fuel bill!

Try talk to IMPCO dealers , they have a twin mixer set up (600D??) suport around 700hp, and a lot cheaper than Gas research I think. Good luck MD

$3k is cheap, when u think about aftermarket ecu, fuel lines, pumps, tanks and how much money u will be saving in the long run (lpg is like 1/3-1/2 price of PULP) so thats like halved ur petorl bills straight away every week. also no more epa.
