In the past over the last year or so there have been some really silly posts on Calais Turbo! One that comes to mind was a dude asking if he could get the blowoff sound if he installed a blow off valave on his N/A VL 3.0. For the life of me i cant remember who it was but maybee some of the older members may remeber the post!!!! Well i have found the answer!

That's a lot of money for something that only makes a �psssst� noise.
It'd be cheaper to buy a megaphone and lean out the window - probably sound better too. I'm sure we'll soon see (or hear) some fag with these things on their lancer...

i can see allot of excel drivers with body kits getting this. I just hope they realise it don't make their cars go faster and don't try to drag us at every light.

I have an idea;
Buy a little air compressor, hook it up to a real BOV, and wire a switch into the cabin. Could even hook up the switch to the top of your gear stick - like the NOS button in Gone in 60 Seconds.
Or better still, if people want Turbo noises, how about they go ****ing buy a real VL Turbo. (Then they'll probably wanna hook up fake NOS Squirts. Does it ever stop?)

as for that N/A blow off valve.... i can honestly say that I don't know anyone, anywhere that could be that stupid to get one, it's the sort of thing your "cool" dad would buy you for xmas.
