The day went great, the weather was good and there was no trouble with the police..... Thanks to the 11 cars that attended, especially VPExec coming all the way up from Sydney in his HDT LE Calais. I think 99% of the public noticed us all, which is always good to see...Great to see OBOOST taking off from the lights.....(up to 80Km/h of course..), and great to hear all that turbo spooling most of the way from all directions. I hope everybody had a good day, cos I know I did.. Thanks again to everybody for showing up, and hopefully our next cruise up this way will be just as good or better.... Heres a link to my pics http://www.pbase.com/bcal/calais_estate

Sounds like it was a good day, weather couldn't have been better. Pity I couldn't make it. After getting home at 3am Sunday Morning and getting up at 5 to be at work at 6, I was a little tuckered out...had to have a granny nap Sunday arvo. Walked home from Fannys to Merewether...nice 45 minute walk... Like that Calais wagon, looks very tidy.

Thanks again to all those who came, I guess I will organise the next one up the bay in a few months time.....I will just work out the lap....It would be good if the weather is in our favour again too. There will be notice of the date soon fellas, whenever i work out the lap, cos we don't want too many too often... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
