Just to let you guys know my VL was stolen last night (12 Aug 03) from farm rd in cheltenham. It ended up in frankston. Back wheels were down the metal. fire extinguisher was sprayed all over the car too. They stole the badge on the nose cone, glove box (with nothing in it), kicked the panels in, broke the two right side windows. THey all stole all my army gear and maybe some of my uni stuff. THe cops have found some fingerprints and are pursuing the matter. Even if they do find the person i doubt i will ever get any money from them!! Just a warning to people that the use of club locks and alrams are underestimated. MAke sure you car is secure

Sorry to hear about it. I loath car thieves, but at least I can understand someone stealing a car and either keeping it or stripping it for parts or taking it for a run and leaving it. What I can't even begin to comprehend is why some turd would go to the trouble of getting past an alarm, and then just trash the car after a brief ride!!! Whoever did this is seriously (scarily?) sick...

Do you mean overestimated, ie you had both and the pricks got through them? Good luck finding the f***ers.
