hey, this has probally been asked before but anyways. have a leek in my boot somewhere and can't find it. I had a leek coming through the tail lights but have fixed that little problem and now its coming from somewhere else and i can't see where from. all i know is that its somewhere around where the spare tyre sit as the water keeps pooling up there. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks. :?

around the top seal (the part that the bootlid closes against), lift off the rubber and have a look at all the rust, then go sick with some silicon.

thanks for all the replies but have already checked all these areas and they all look good. Rubbers are also in good nick. I have found another little hole and a little bit of rust at the top of the spare wheel cavity, will fix that up and see how it goes. Thanks guys

have a look at the black plastic stripe thing that goes around the coner of your rear lights around the indicator part, open your boot and it is held by little clips i once had a slight leek commming from one of the clips. i hope u understand what i mean.

well getting into the boot was the best way.did it 2 day and got my ole man to hose water around where i thought it was comin from and found the leak in 2 secs. It was afterall to do with the rubbers. The rim that they sit on had been bogged and a bit of the bog had come away and was letting the water come up and over the rim. Cleaned up the insides of the rubbers and put a bit of silicon around it and problem is fixed. Thanks again for the help Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

found another leek. one of the taillight section was filling up with water and was then leeking through where the globe sits in. Easily fixed by drilling a hole in the bottom of the taillights. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I know this has been talked about many times, and i'm bring it back up. But does anyone know were the water into the boot could be comin from, it's up near the seat belt bit that is in da boot and water seem to be coming from in there. Could it be maybe something to do with the back window?? i know that probably doesn't make sense, but i've done everything, put new rubbers on. Silicon everywhere. any help with be good Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
