This car has a lot of potential, and with a highflowed T3 or standard T4 along with a decent front mount, it would have to be into the 12 second bracket. It is in excellent condition both inside and out, although a nice set of chrome 17s would set it off nicely against the burgundy paint. The exhaust sounds great and is not loud considering it is a 3 inch with no mufflers. The fact that its on gas means it is relatively cheap to run, with a full tank (45 litres) getting u around the 300km mark, which means $15 usually gets you 300kms. Runs fine on petrol, but goes much better on gas as it has been tuned to gas. Had problems with pinging but was fixed with cold air induction, new AFM and richer fuel mixutres. No i don't have a 1/4 mile time.
Thanx guys

Its dual fuel mate, like i said runs fine on petrol but goes much harder and runs smoother on LPG

cant be many factory VL Turbo 5 speeds on gas out there that go as good as this one does. keeps up easy with GenIIIs....

hmm duel fuel, if it doesn't run real good on Petrol, rip it out and make it straight gas, much neater, and probably get better performance again.
Rather than estimate the power output, chuck it on a dyno, get it tuned and then you'll have concrete evidence
Good luck with the sale of your pride and joy

the reason i say its got 240kw morepsi is coz when i bought it i did see a dyno sheet with this figure on it. since then though ive done a lot of stuff, so i am 99% sure that it would be putting out 240kw minimum, it would more likely be around the 250kw figure actually.
was gonna do a straight gas conversion but since it was an everyday car, and the gas indicator is never accurate, i thought it was just safe to have as an emmergency back up. god knows its saved me heaps of times already!!!
it runs fine on petrol, doesnt miss a beat, but goes harder on gas. theres is absoloutely nothing wrong with the petrol system.
cheers for the thoughts anyway morepsi
