Changing RB30 N/A auto to Turbo Manual

Hey guys, has anyone done a conversion from a N/A RB30 auto to RB25 or RB26 Manual before? if so, was there mod's the tailshaft, or did you change to a 1 piece? was mod's were done to the sump or where the engine mount's changed? did you use the clutch with the half cut? Thanx guys
