Hey, Just something i thought about stuck in traffic this morning, not something i'd do but just an interesting though none the less. If you took a VT front bar off a completely stock Exec, and went to put it on a VS, would it fit without much &/or any work?

lol... i was at some lights the other day and i saw a VL with a VR/VS front bumper, it looked so ****...it was a hacked job, maybe they smashed the VL one ans had a vs one there...ne way it was bolted on in the centre and had the side hanging....no. plate was on to....lol

a VL with a VS front bar would look ****, no way in hell would it fit. The VT a least uses the same mountings, and is pretty much the same width, i even think the headlights are roughly the same shape so it would go. It was just something i was thinking about like interchanging parts between models.

Heh, I ran a VR bumper on my VL - was bit of a hack job (my VL bumper had been shattered by some ass backing into me) Looked all right tho, but took some work to get it looking like it was supposed to be there Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Yeah modified ones.... I'm talking about an out of the box standard VS bar. I mean sure i could go to Fabtech and buy a VX Senator front bar for mine, it wouldn't be close to the original item in terms of mountings, shape, or size.

well on a serious note , i actually think a senator bar would look good , they are the neatest front for a vr-s

I thought they were... Still, i wouldn't mind a VX Clubsport kit on there with some bigger rims. Like - But the engine is coming first. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Contrary to a previous comment made by me, no way in hell am i going to put a VX Senator kit on the VS, i just saw the black Fabtech one... dog ****ing ugly!
