hey guys, just recently and still ongoing i have discovered that my brake lights are staying on constantly. Found this weird the other night when i was using my remote start and it wouldn't crank over. In one of the manual it basically say's that the car won't start if the brake is compressed. So seeing that my brake lights are on, it kinda fits into that category. I was thinking will there be a short in one of the brakes lights, brake cable? All input is needed.

check that the brake pressure sensor is adjusted properly. This happened to me once - follow the brake pedal up till you get to a push-in type button, and put it back in its place or adjust it as needed. If it gets out of whack or falls out of its bracket, it thinks the brake pedal is pushed down (cause its not pushing the button in) and the brake lights come on.

Yep I think InsaneVL is right The wire for the remote start is wired into that switch, so it would make sense! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
