I know that infinity is regarded as a top brand up there with the best as far as they compare depends one there cost mainlyI recon they would be up there with boston as most infinity stuff if realy expencive they would be more likly to be avalible at a good up market car audio shop not autobarn or strathfield but they may be able to get some but it would have to be ordered they should be alot better then clarion kenwood Etc a couple of months ago there was a big write up and compero with heaps of 6*9s in the "in car" mag I could have a look for ya and could tell you a little about what they have in there if you like

I hate 6x9's, but they have there place.
Splits are the best option, but if you are only after some cheap speakers that have alot of bass, go for the 6x9.
Also They can play very loud.
Check out DLS as they have a cheap entry level split system that cost $189 for 6.5" splits.

good set of 6.5 split would do this fine you would be surprised at the amount of bass that would come out of these For the price of a good set of 6*9s you could get some good splits this in car mag has also a write up on why people use 6*9s and why not to use them il tell you about too if ya like
