I finally bought a car. Ended up getting a 1990 Nissan Silhouette. Very nice car. Anyways, just a few questions: 1. The indicator doesn't automatically turn off. Can i fix it myself? 2. I am going to buy an exhaust, but probably just a basic pipe and a downward tip - good? bad? 3. Anything i can do to make the car more fuel efficient? 4. What should i be looking out for in this car? e.g engine problems Cheers

duuno how it works in ur car but in the cars I've bothered to check the indicator is automatically turned off by a peg on the steering column that pushes upon plastic lobes on the indicator arm when you turn the wheel I suppose a part of this mechanism has snapped off if yours works like this. Look in your workshop manual... if you don't have one, get one. You'll become well acquianted soon enough Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
