Sorry, cant help you with the AU ... but if you can wait until June this year, holden is bringing out a nice new one tonner. Depends on how big your pockets are I guess

that one tonner looks ****house IMHO, uglee, how about the Maloo one, sucks major balls
If you want a newish tunna, AU would be the go for me. When my old man was lookin for his ute, every bloke he spoke to either loved their ford utes or hated the holden ones, holden have a **** tiny cab and hold less.
In the end he bought a new BA wellback ute. Ford utes have a rep for reliability and carrying ****loads... everyone my ol man had went hard... cept for the 351 clevo that burst into flames down the freeway 8O fuel filter came off I think and sprayed fuel onto headers... cant remember

I have been in an AU sedan and I would pick the Commodore over it not only because it is a Holden but the AU was a horrible car to go around in compared to say a VX Commodore which my parents have.

yeah the AU interiors leave a little bit to be desired ...... the BA interiors aren't too bad though, much better than VY interior .....

The biggest problem I have with the AU utes is the vision when you are doing headchecks. They are quite a nice car to drive though, and still drive pretty good when fully loaded. Also they are a hell of a lot of fun on the weekends

One thing I forgot to mention, DO NOT get one with dual fuel, either straight petrol, or straight gas, the dual fuel one we had was a heap of **** compared to the straight petrol/gas ones.
