Just commenting on how many people's eyes light up when they see the www.calaisturbo.com sticker on my back window. For example... i saw a couple of teenagers outside my car the other night, they didn't know i was sitting in the car, and they were making up a heap of **** on what they thought was done to it. made me laugh.I bet they have visited the website already. The only bad thing is if you are caught doing something wrong, the pricks remember you. how many of you guys have bought stickers?

Hey i first visited the calaisturbo site when i was in yr 12 coz i saw the sticker on ILLUSIV's car everyday on my way 2 school!

Hey, my housemate and i sometimes cruise around "hunting" vls down.. We stick a little "promo card" under their wipers.. We've sold a few stickers that way.. Whenever i see a VL cruizin, 4sale with the contact number i send them an sms telling them to put it for sale on the forum.. Just my little bit for promoting the site.. My eyes light up when i see a VL with one of our stickers on the back just cruizing around.. Stickers are available from SIN... :mrgreen:

It's awesome advertising I reakon There aren't too many websites that advertise off the internet like that 8) Never see many in adelaide, those that I do - I already know But I've seen heaps of VL drivers read the sticker if I go past Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I think its awesome advertising too.. I think we should think about getting some BIGGER ones done... Not too wanky or ricey but alittle more noticable.. (ie QIKENF has a MAD sticker on the back window that he had made up for Summernats) The guys with fullboost stickers look 'full sik re'

yeah but the fullboost stickers look alot more flowing if you ask me. I rekon the stickers now are pretty sweet, any bigger just looks a bit dogey. I sell them pretty easily up here manily at cruises/test n tunes. Brisbane scene is definately getting alot bigger. Ol

It may also be a good idea to make a few different colours aswell, or some smaller ones, or even ones featuring the logo

Yeah i reckon adding the logo in somehow would be a schmick idea!! Different colours yeah maybe, white looks 'decent' though and not tacky.. But i do think something needs to be done, they're alittle too plain i reckon.. But hey, thats just me.. maybe colours which are as close to original VL colours, or even harlequin style colours. I dont have a clue what these colours would cost, but there couldnt be that much difference, which in turn would probably only add an extra dollar per sticker. :!:

Hrmm colours are easy to get dudes. I sold a few stickers to 06CAL up here (the nicest black calais you will ever see) and the white one just wasn't good enough for his back window so he put it on his radiator shield thing in the engine bay and got a chrome sticker made up for his rear window, aswell as a few other colours for $5.00 per sticker.

I put one on my n/a Maybe people will think it's a turbo... and I can hope like hell they don't try and give me a run at the lights Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

haha me too, i get a bit of **** from my mates about it, but other then that its all good.
