Hi Everyone, I have read numerous posts in regards to poor idle, stalling etc on these forums, i have tried things other people have done and so far no improvement has been made. I have included all the times when the car cant hold idle or just dies for no reason below. Car cant hold idle. This problem does not always happen, very irratic but is getting more common now. I thought it could have been a temperature thing, but this morning it was 6 degrees when i started up and it was fine :? The most common time when the car dies is say when i am waiting at the lights, slow down and stop tacho sits just below 1000 and slowly dies stuttering etc.. until it stalls. It also dies when say i am waiting at the lights put it in N and then go back to D the revs just drop to zero, i have got to rev it quickly to avoid the stall. Also the other day i was turning into my street, i turned into the corner at about 20kph and it stalled. The car had been driven around all day without a problem until then. Another time i started the car in the driveway, revs went up to 1000, car thinks for a bit and slowly drops the revs to around 700 or so. Then it starts to stutter, drops the revs and dies. I had the car in P, AC/Fan Off, sitting in the sun all morning and afternoon. I have also checked the error codes on the computer, nothing comes up at all. Now i have taken my car to my mechanic, so far they have done the following. Cleaned Injectors. Cleaned throttle body. Checked AFM all fine. Checked all plugs and sensors, cleaned all connectors and put silicon over the smallest gaps to avoid water. Replaced hose near throttle body (had a little hole) Can anyone offer any insight or fixes to the problems i am having, before any of this started the only thing that went wrong was a leaky radiator :? Thank you to any help or suggestions offered.
