036's flow 380cc, you could run 70 PSI base pressure and squeeze 550FWHP maybe....... std injectors are around 275cc from memory. 600HP, hope you have lots of money... Later Brent Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i got a calais turbo and im replacing my injectors and im getting ones from PetroJect 120 AUD each and been told they will hold up to a fair bit of hp but to be honest my calais is running much just cooler exhaust 15PSI boost etc stock ecu so im guess these injectors should be alright and also if i went to 036 injectors which are expensive as mind u i would have to get computer re mapped or whatever yer??? 8)

Why dont u just go to a european wreckers n get the injectors out of n old merc. They run the 036s in them n apparently u can get a set of 6 for bout $300. Check out Zoom mag a few issues back, its also in there n a volvo also runs injectors that r hose tail n flow the same amount. N if u know people u could get them all cleaned n flowed for next to nothing. Alot cheaper than $160each which is $960!! N like was said b4, up the base psi to bout 70 n u will hav enuf for bout 300rwkw easy.

You can usually get away with a 10 - 15% increase in fuel before ECU wont be able to get into "closed loop" and you can do that (+10 to 15%) easier and cheaper with an adustable fuel pressure reg. Cheers Brent

You can also go Bosh 024's. These were taken over by the 036's and there is only 2cc's less. They came out in some old Volvo's and you can pick them up for about $30 + another $35 for cleaning. Aslo a cheaper alternative

As long as it's remembered an ECU upgrade is essential in most case's when aftermarket injector's are in

You can get the stock ecu to run the 036s but nly just n it cost big $ to remap it to run them so best bet is to go aftermarket so u can do all your timing n everything n also get bigger injectors later if needed.
