Hi, Just as a bit of a quick intro, I was passanger in the white 33 on the last exchaser cruise (think: fat, blonde and spilt ice break all over myself) and gotta say it was a great cruise, even though I only knew 1 person (and one other by nickname only) it was still a tops day. Anyway, I was thinking about organising another cruise very similiar to that one, except that it will be a LOT longer. Basically I was hoping to get calaisturbo, redlineau, boostcruising, skylinesaustralia, fordlaser and team **** box together for a massive cruise that will take all day and use more than a full tank of fuel more than likely. The basic plan is to follow the same sort of route as last time from Aspley to Sunny Coast but with a bit of extension. Then head down to the Gold Coast via the backroads, but a different route to the way we go up. From the Gold Coast, its all through the mountains down there to end up back at Springwood Crazy Clarks in time for the normal "down the coast" run. Yes, it will be basically a full day event and cover a LOT of ground, but after the success of the last cruise I'm convinced that cruises that dont simply follow the major roads and crowded areas are the way to go. The major bonuses being a bit of privacy (what? skid?) and more importantly - a greatly reduced cop presence. I'll probably follow the same guidelines as calaisturbo in terms of emailing people instead of posting the times, dates and exact route on a publically accessible forum, but this is just a post to "feel the water" and see if anyone is interested in such a long run. Cheers, The Red Krawler

Good to see a few guys from the boostcruising.com forums making their way over here. A north coast to south coast combined cruise is pretty neat idea, then finishing it off with the usual 1am back up the M1 to Brisbane from BWCP .... cept we can't use Mudgee Shell as pitstop anymore grrrr
