I am currently dismantling my N/A VL engine because it needs a new head gasket. While i have the engine apart, I thought I might as well go for a mild cam change. Wade Camshafts in North Melbourne has a cam regrind they call the GTS1 cam. Has anyone used this type of cam before, or can anyone recommend a good cam that won't need any head work or ECU remapping? Also, with 215,000 kms on the clock, should I get the bottom end totally redone, or just hone and fit new rings? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks. Subsonic.
