has any one attempted or know of any one that has a playstation 2 in the glove box of a VL....just wondering if it is possible and is the process difficult....cheers
you must spend a lot of time sitting in your car doing **** all. imo playstations in cars are so wanky. purely there to say "look how much money i have"
ey, if i had the money to put a ps2 in the glove box of my vl, then i would put a ps2 in the glove box of my vl. So for all you loaded vl owners, (which isnt many) go and put a ps2 in the glove box of your god damn vl and shove it up everyone of us poor *******s.
That is all lol

****in thread hikjackers... its so stupid, stick to the subject...
A PS2 in the car.
your car would need a tv screen (plasma/lcd) around $1000-$3000
and with the tv you'd need inputs.
then just run the RCA's to the inputs and TA-DAR! you have VLPS2
you have to get some kind of DC-AC converter, so you can actually power it I think you can bypass all of that stuff, rip open the PS2 and do some fancy electronic work to run it directly from the battery...

year an inverter would be a way to generate 240volts, they do cost a fair bit but then again if u have money to put in a ps2 then u should be able to afford an inverter from something like **** smith or Jaycar, then ud need some sort of tv headunit or lcd!

strathfeild car radios sells 7in monitors and dvd, vcd players for like 600 packages, the playstation can be hooked up to these which is a cheaper option instead of buying a brand name TV. i am currently tryin to pay off 1 of these cheaper units and have come up wif installin it into were the ash tray and radio reside now. the tv fits in there perfectly, if u go bigger u need to get rid of ur ac controls.the best place to install ur ps2 is underneath the passangers foot well with only the controls and memory card and cd slot exposed. looks pretty cool and a cheap way to setup a ps2 in ur car
