i read in street commodores magazine that an air-con equipped non turbo VL with NON-lsd diff is able 2 be made to get both the wheels spinning during a burnout. I read that u get one wheel spinning as usual and then when its up to speed turn the air con on and the other wheel should start spinning. Is this true? i tried it but it doesnt seem to work. Has anyone else succeeded in doing this? if so tell us how to do it cos I am not content with one wheel burnouts.

Seeing as we're all putting up some burnout vids, i may as well throw that video of an anonymous person, in an anonymous VS, in an anonymous car park up here on the net... Just have to find the link now.

burnouts are teh shiznit ! love the smell of burning rubber... cant wait to get my diff rebuilt so i can have no fear in letting one rip every now and again... (diff is clunking around atm, dunno how long it'd last if i gave it too much, so i'm babying it around for the time being).

hey dude, some times u can get 2 wheels spinning by starting ur burnout then slowly let the car creep forward and start turning to the left. both wheels should kick in, but be ready cause it can catch u off gaurd. has happened to me. or just get a welder and weld ya diff jeffo Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

bofore i had a locker in my ute, i used to adjust up the drivers side rear brake (drum) so it would spin both wheels, took a bit of practise to get the adjustment right!

I can get both wheels spinning in the wet of course, however when smoking it up, sometimes the Passenger side wheel starts spinning and gets a little bit of smoke, this is when I stop as I'm scared of damaging my Diff...
