Hi there ... I had a clarion 12" sub - but I don't think it was V-Net. I thought V-Net was a feature on the amps only. What kinda amps is the amp putting out ? How many channels ?

That amp will run the sub just fine if it is 400W RMS. I had about 200WRMS up mine and it hit pretty hard ...

My brother has 2 of those subs.... they're 500 or 600 watt (i forget).. any way, he has them runnin in a ported box with a "boss" audio 1000w amp in the back of a ford econovan and they sound sweet as... they will go good in d boot of a VL!!

bridge up the powerplant amp to 1 12" V-Net and it'll definately have more than enough power. im not a great fan of these subs, but will go alright. but yeah, face the box towards the boot (not the cabin) and port the box through the parcel tray, unless of course you have fold down rear seats
