anyone know of any black vl turbo around the western suburbs that is damn quick? A mate from work who owns an R1 raced a black vl and got beaten past 160kms or so.. anyone know of this car??

I live in Mooroolbark. I think i know the car everyones talking about but i could be mistaken. Ive seen it sitting in some blokes front lawn a few times. Oh yeah and piece of advice for the people who live in my area thier are some pricks going around and looking up driveways and permantly borring stuff, so make sure your goodies are put away. I lernt once the hard way!

My best mate lives in Mooroolbark and I'm round there on the weekends doin nuthin'. Nice area too. I saw a bright orange vl wagon with chrome 18"s on it driving near Chirnside Park on Sat'dy. That's not yours is it?? Looked pretty good. Yeah, there's some dodgy pricks round. I'm always careful where she's parked, and she's always locked up.

that black one 'could' be JETPSI, used to live near my area, and was pretty quick.. dunno if it could beat an R1 tho.. your mate must not have very big balls.. R1s fly.. and to get beaten by a VL... that VL must have some curry in it.

I'm in Healesville and so is 666god. I know Mobil HRT is close to Lilydale. We should all set up some kind of cruise, there seems to be a few people up this end.

i know of some 'cruises' that happen everynow and then and about 500 cars show up to them

Dave, I know that orange VL wagon it has the plates SLIMED and runs a stroker V8 he had the SLIMED plates on a green LJ Torana for a while then sold the Torana and did the Wagon, it also has a kick arse stereo in it too. It' a well known car that generally attends the Croydon car show on the 3rd tuesday of every month time 6.30pm on wards. I agree there with you Dave, there are too many opportunistic ****s out there ready to take your car, I never park my car in a risky place, I'm suprised Pete has'nt had his VX done over for his 19inch rims, last time I spoke to him he did'nt have lock nuts on his wheels silly boy. :roll:

Well gatecrasher the orange wagons not mine but hopefully when the times right the vl calais wagon i own should be reavealed. Gets pretty expensive rebuilding a car from scratch, i work part time and study. So it hard to get the finances together, but im hoping in early febuary the rebuild will be complete. I painted the car myself and for a first job with some help from a mate whos a panel beater, i think it came out quiet nice. But for sure id be interested in a cruise. Oh yeah by the way that black vl i know of has blackv8 or something for plates.

Sounds like Terry, with the VLGMH Black/Silver VL.. Loves to drag bikes as he says. Good person to talk to, if you ever get a chance to speak to him youll be supprised, has no ego, just loves his performance cars.

Hey ben, is that Croydon car show any good? I figured it would just probably be some half-assed set-up, but then some people told me that it's got a few 66 'stangs, and other cars. Hmm, might have to go check it out. Bloody Peete, he's an idiot sometimes. I bet u Michaela (for everyone else out there, Michaela is his overbearing psycho girlfriend, and my mate does everything she orders him to do) said he didn't need lock nuts, and so he didn't get them. How's ur VL going? Haven't seen u driving it round much man
