I'll second that....Now i know why they call you "drifter69"...well the 'drifter' part anyway hahah Crazy mofo. It was a decent turn out with plenty of fun had by all. Andy hows your g/b going man? Most of the fun however was on the way home, ScooterVLT and i had a decent run, cheers scooter. As did 87evl *cough*butletsnottalkaboutthatone*cough*. had a go at the lights against some pretty boy in his STI with his DOPE beats pumpin!, hahah that was probably the highlight of the evening for me. Just the thoughts that must've be going through his head..."i paid 60 thou for this car it's the fastest thing on the road" hahahhah and then he gets chopped by a 15 yr old car. lol. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

we saw an original walkinshaw, we went up beside it and got some good footage. we got back to reddy at about 8 and watched the days action. i have 25 pics, dont know if i could be bothered getting some webspace to post them. it would be good if i could match some names from the forums with the cars that went.

Not a bad cruise at all... i was up the front for the 1st half of the cruise, so didnt get to see all the action on that corner so some pics and movies of it is appreciated ! those who havent got cb's, GET ONE !! they really do come in handy!, and those who DO have them, stop being so bloody silent - i dont have a radio to listen to Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Hey guys. very nice turn out for the cruise i thought... even though we lost a few people through the mountains like jiffa who can not read directions. haha. i missed out on the pechester part of the cruise as i started to head home through cabulture which is the shortest way home as i thought i had blown somting until we got halfway down highway when we realised that the vac hose on the microtech had been kicked off and discovered there was no real drama. hope ya photos turn out ollie. did anyone else get any pics of the cruise? what time did u guys end up leaving the sunny coast?

left about 6:45, 7 ish and headed home - mainly individually, but 4 or 5 of us managed to stay together down the highway...

Yeh had a great time on the cruise. Great to see so many sweet VL's cruising together. Was a pretty cool run through the hinterland. Cant wait till the next one! I'll upload some pics i took, didnt get many though. Anyways hope to catch up with ya all soon.

We all seemed to leave together for a little while but got split up. That was at about 7... I managed to follow turboluke for a bit and flew past him at one stage, then later on caught OVT-195, raced that and had it kill me but had a heap of fun. The cruise was alright, lots of twisty bits and hill climbing so all was good. I got well and truly lost on Sippy Downs Rd, and i wish someone had a video camera to catch me locking it up in the dirt, sliding, and stopping. Followed by a semi drift as i left in an attempt to catch you guys. Oh well fun was had by all i assume.

Triple post there eh rob. Well, I think you can all guess which one was my car. :P ...and IMHO, that was by far the best cruise for me yet. Love the twisty bits! Got to the coast and had to leave early though...hope ya's had fun up there, and Ol, you get plenty of sweet 16yr punani eh??? :P My mate took a heap of digi pics & vids, so will have them up sometime soon.

haha Luke i wasn't that phsyco on the way home. I only really had those two little bursts where i had the dial round in the higher numbers. Another thing, someone PLEASE tell me we got the NOS Telstar... what a peice of ****. I've even seen some VL drivers that can park better than he did. Although i shouldn't comment, i was the one who parked half up a gutter at the lookout. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
