Anyone tried fitting one of these into a late model Holden such as a VT? I understand that they wont fit properly into a VL because the heater is in the way or something?!??!?! I have one and now will need to know if its useless if i get a VT?!?! It better fit!!!

Sorry to burst your bubble mate but the VT's run a double DIN head unit, and those TV's are only a single DIN unit. It will bolt in there, you will just be left with a big gap underneath or above the head unit. I do know that VDO make these panels that sit in there and are actually a CD Holder... Try JB HiFi for them, thats where i'd seen them.

you can out it into a VT no worries...just get the matching single DIN DVD player to put underneath it, or if it is an all in one unit, you can get a pocket from a mazda 323 which fits in right underneath the screen/cdplayer or whatever you put there. they cost about $30. also you can put the screen into a VL no worries. they are still just a single DIN size (same as a cd player), so you should have no problems with that

hey mate i got a VX SS and i had a problem with the double din space, so i got a VDO single din head unit and a VDO single din in-dash 4disc cd staker. i think you should put the TV head unit in and get the VDO in-dash CD staker
