hey 88vl, what does youre VS run down the quarter? you know? also, what mods have been carried out, (if any) i knwo you want a VORTECH blower as well :P

My mods... well not alot at the moment. a 2.5" cat back. As for my 1/4 mile times i have only done 2 passes ever in it... the better of the 2 being a 16.1 but i can go better than that. The car felt drastically under powered on that run. I do have a new panel filter on order... flows the same as a K&N and costs half as much. The only mod i have planned in the near future is an LSD Diff and toughening the tranny. I don't wanna spend too much on the VS because i'm only keeping it till i can afford to buy a WH LS1 Statesman... (about 12 months)

mmmmmmmmmm wh statesman with a gen3 definatly like the sound of that.

Its a 4 speed auto (manuals are rare) and seems to run alright. As for the Vortech, yeah i'd love one but can't warrant spending $7500 on a 6 year old car with almost 200,000 kays. Plus its not exactly the best shape around... The WH Statesmans are nice, and with so many bolt on mods for the LS1, its not hard to get the P&O sized sedans moving.
