Hey Everyone... OK, At first I thought my Speedo cable was stuffed, but after reefing everything out, it appears to be fine. My question is: The small metal box thingo attached to the side of the gearbox (manual turbo) that the Speedo cable actually screws into - Has anyone actually taken that off?? It looks like I may have a missing part inside that box. Is there ment to be something (about the same size as a matchstick but with a small metal disc (seperator) in the middle?? Its just that it looks like their is nothing inside the gearbox that twists to drive this little box, which in turn twists the speedo cable which tell's me how fast im going. ????? Im completely lost!!! I know the speedo works fine, as i twisted the back of it and the needle rose and fell etc... Anyone know what im going on about??? any advice would be great! Thanks!!

Never mind!! I Worked it out... I Was missing a part that runs from the gearbox Into the connector (that sits on the side of the gearbox that the speedo cable connects to.. For anyone that has the same problem, the part is called a KeyWay (looks like a small key) But you can only really run into this problem if you actually take the small metal box off the side of the gearbox (only found on VLT Manuals) and the keyway falls out or breaks. (i only just got this car, and the speedo wasn't working when I got it... so its not something ive done to cause the problem) Thanks anyways!
