Prior to buying my VL-T, the previous owner replaced the fuel pump which I have to say is one of the noisiest I've heard. Now I'm getting gurgling noises coming through the fuel lines after the car has warmed up and the fuel pump gets louder at the same time. I've been told to replace the fuel lines and filter and this will eliminate the problem. Anybody had any similar problms?

does ur car feel really gutless and actually seeminly try to stall on you? check all ur hoses under ur car, u mite find there is a little bit of a crimp on one of the rubber hoses or a something similar. mine made a huge noise, and actually stalled cause it was starvingof fuel after i got a new pump put in. stupid apprentice !!! had to cut 1" off it, and put it back on, not a drama since !!!

Not trying to stall at all. Idles and runs quite smootly but does seem a little lifeless.

This may sound really silly, but one day I put my fuel filter on back to front! Won't believe the noise it makes! ops: Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i have bad fuel system problem, idles ok but as soon as it hits boost it just chokes, the boost is still there but there is no power. My fuel pump makes a loud whirrring noise and i'm starting to think its suspect, you reckon this could be the cause of the prooblem. Its an N/A pump btw.
