Auto+Manaul VLT wiring

hi all i have a manual calais turbo,it was originally an auto,is the wiring for the ECU the same as the manual VLT's. Do i have to change anything or will the standard turbo manual ECU plug straight in and work. thankx Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
