My bonnet release cable just broke, i was wondering how i can get the bonnet open without breaking anything

If it broke under the dash try cutting a bit off the sleave and pulling it with some vice grips.

Hop under the front of the car.
Look up to where the bonnet catch is.
You should be able to see the cable & [spring] lever that open the bonnet, push the lever to the drivers side and B-I-N-G-O.
Get up and lift the bonnet.
