Hey guyz, i was wondering if you could tell me the following: Are you able to put a Walkinshaw body kit on a VH commodore Performance wise, Are VH able to suppost a turbo well. Thanks for the help Andre

it could be possible, but the kit would have to be modified alot.. i have seen a walky front bar on a VK.. rear bar shouldnt be to hard, neither should the door panels, the boot spoiler and the bonnet scoop would be hard, because the VL bonnet is flat, the VH's isnt.. and the VH doesnt have the lip on the trailing edge of the boot

you can turbo the good ol' 202.. but the money spent doing so wouldnt justify what you would get out of it (unless you went fully balistic for a show car for something different)... better to buy an RB30ET and drop that in the VH if you want a turbo one. but if your going for a vl look (walky kit) - might be best just to sell the vh and buy a vl turbo... up to you though... do what you want to your own car Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Would be way to much work. Dont bother for two reasons. 1 it wont look right. 2 you'll cop an earful everywhere you.

Yeah do a search on Jazz_20 and you'll get a taste of what to expect. Regardless of what engine is in the VH 186, 202, 253, 308 you can turbocharge it. The limitations come in engine strength, how much money you have, and who you have helping you. I'd give the bodykit idea away, it wouldn't look good. IMO.

hey i can tell you now the cost to modifying and fitting the kit for a vh would be more than the VH is worth, i'm talking a couple of thousand. And thats not including the cost to buy or spray it. As said before, sell the vh and buy a vl.. it'll end up being cheaper..
