looks alright from the front, don't really like the backend (looks like a magna someone mentioned i think) -- but hey, sign me up for an SS Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Yeah I really like the look of the front, beefed up vectra i think, and yeah the back does look a bit like a magna, but its growing on me. I can't wait for the HSV's to come out now!

The dash in the SS looks pretty ordinary to me, as with the steering wheel. Not real impressed.

Very Nice... The front is really nice, and the back combines the rear lights of a Mercedes C Class with the boot shape of an E36 Series BMW 3 Series. Either way, looks awesome and i would hope it goes better to.

Doesnt look too bad at all.. I think the interior is a bit tacky, sort of like the barina\astra interior.. however I'm still impressed by the BA Falcon Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

over all it looks pretty good, the rims are in between vx s and vx clubby! hae a look if you dont know what i mean! but i hate the steering wheel and........ that i cart see the R8 yet!

i heard on the news that the executive model doesnt even come with air cond standard anymore and ya have to pay an extra $2000 for it.

Doesn't look too bad. I suppose it will grow on everyone just like most new cars these days. Don't know about the instruments though, especially the green.

everyones entitled to their own opinion, so heres mine rear lip on boot - lancer rear lights - magna/laner front bar with giant fogs - lancer/wrx seat design - shocking, who really has swirly things anyway? steering wheel - holden still can't make a good one climate control panel - vx berlina is all electronic, whats with the knobs? coolest feature is prolly that it says ss on the fog lights, and the blue interior on the ss is kinda nice im over it, Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

As much as I'd like to say it looks good, the new commodore is ugly. It looks like borrowed bits from all sorts of cars stuck together. The only thing that's really impressive is the 190kW V6 that's meant to be going in it.

Stuff the commodore, go the turbo falcon!

we all know the VL turbo goes so well cos its NOT holden 190kw V6? Where you hear that? I dunno when I saw the falcon I was impressed, but the VY was kinda just "meh, nother commodore." its too similar to the VX and pretty unimaginative in the face of what ford are doing. Maybe theyre getting complacent? Lulled by their success? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I'll put my two cents in as well. First of all I would like to say what is the go with the dash in the SS. I think they look **** honestly, they look my mates RX2 mph dash and the steering wheel I won't even comment on. The body looks o.k. but it is a little bit to sqaure/2050 style. The gear nob and boot looks good. I think it will grow on me in time but I also think it is a step in the wrong direction for holden personally. But hey I can't afford one anyway so.......... :?

That's one ugly son of a bitch, I think the new BA series Fords will give Holden a caneing in the sales department.

perhaps the tables have turned in the ford vs holden style department. Persoanlly the vt-vx shape is pretty damn good, but hey, they got to change it so they can sell more cars and add morme features. I think the car is too much of a chop and change of too many other cars. The front of the car looks like a new VW/Audi. At a glance, it doesnt look at all that stylish and the fron bars on th S and SS look like theres a huge chunk missing. The front bar on the SV8 looks half decent though. The car has a true "OPEL" look and feel to it........ looks like its been getting some style from its older brother. Havent had a good look at the BA yet, but ill go the site now.... from memory it looks not bad, perhaps better than the current holden offering.
