Well how do I carpet my boot? What is the best way? How much would it cost? Should I get it done proffessionaly? Any suggestions/Ideas? Cheers Kingyvl

If you want it done properly (like for a show car or something), get it done professionally. Otherwise, get some automotive carpet, make a few guides for it with some wood, use some velcro (sp?) to keep it in the right spots, and you should be set! The only tricky bit is making a cover for the spare tyre, might take is a bit of messing around, or if you're like me, just fold the carpet under itself to make a roundish shape Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

As Platinum said, If you have a full blown custom boot then you may want to get it done by a Pro. But if its just the normal boot that had some stains on the original carpet, then buy yourself some good quality carpet, and use the old stuff as a template. I'd use something like double sided tape to hold it down. Its not something that needs to be taken out often, and cleaning shouldn't be too hard. As for the spare wheel, that gets alot harder.

When you say pros, who would you go to? a vehicle trimmer? Regards Rob Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Yeah someone like a vehicle trimmer, or even a good car audio installer. Someone like Brisbane Car Sound would laugh at you but if you went to say Queensland Audio, then they'd do it no trouble.

do boot carpets differ from exec/berlina/calais? just get some carpet and borrow the boot carpet from someone elses car to use as a template.
