righto.. Im putting my tacho in my 180sx. If anyone has done it, or to a VL turbo and has some idea, please comment. The VL V8 was easier I hooked up my ignition wire, earth wire and 12v dash light wire, now the place where the green wire (coil etc for rev's) goes has got me a little stuck. I thought that I could grab it from the common negative off all the 4 coil packs they have on the SR20 - didnt work. anyone got any idea? ECU? tacho negative in dash? thanks guys Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

The tach trigger in the dash should work, and the wire from the ecu (should be a yellow wire with a red stripe from ecu) should be o.k.
