Hi guys, IN the fuse box my high beam and low beam lights are bridged And when i turn on the lights (low beam) nothing happens at all (dash lights work but no headlights) but when i put it on high beam the low beam lights come on the bulbs are brand new too any ideas what it could be?

what do you mean bridged? - is there a wire suplying power to your low beam coming from your high beam power.??. The power going to the high beam fuse is coming from the high beam relay so therefore your lowbeam would only work when the high beam is active. Power for low beam needs to come from the low beam relay. Hope this helps a bit but i really need to know more about the problem.

sounds dodgy man - take it to an auto elec. sounds like they dont even have fuses on them anymore and that aint a good practice. An auto elec should be able to fit a couple of inline fuses for you (about $3 each) and check out the wiring.

If their using wire instead of fuses here they must have had a problem with fuses blowing all the time, puttin the wire there has taken away the protection and there is probably a short happening in the wires running to the headlights, the wire has probably burnt out providing the low beam power supply to the headlights, like the previous post said i suggest also to get an auto electrician to rerun the wires and check for any other shorts...
