Hey guys - need some opinions / help here. soon the car will be offf the road so that i can do the g/box - now i was thinking that maybe i should buy brand new bolts for the flywheel - pressure plate etc as i am expecting her to withstand a bit of a bashing. now - is there any part numbers for these mx7 bolts??? should i be buying new ones? where from? also what g/box oil is highly reccomended - synthetic? need the best there is. also a part number or even somewhere i could buy all the vl turbo exhaust manifold studs / bolts would be great. thanks in advance guys Cheers - Petros

I would use the original Flywheel bolts, but take a sample bolt from the pressure plate and go to any engineering shop and get "Grade 10" bolts from them. Use "Redline" synthetic gear oil 75W90 MT-90 (GL4) http://www.redlineoil.com/redlineoil/mtlti.htm

the exhaust shop will know wich studs to give you, just tell them exactly which ones you need. Always replace a full set as they only cost about $25 and the old ones are probably half stuffed anyway. To stop them snapping, try a high temp nevaseize on the threads and replace the factory nuts with normal nuts as the factory ones have a slight crimp on the threads to act like locknut.
