Does JPC have a website? Has anyone on here had any head work done by JPC? I'm going to fit a JPC cam and also want heavier valve springs fitted along with a head reco I'm just wondering on a ball park figure for costs. What head work have other people had done by JPC and what did it cost them? I'm not sure if I should worry about getting any porting done, money will be tight to complete the engine  Can anyone else suggest a good place to get some head work done?

hey hold64, I have a jpc head and cam on my vl turbo. i got it for $1400 exchange for my head, which actually cracked. this head combined with a front mount xf throttle body 3 inch exhaust and adjustable fuel reg gave me 200hp at the wheels on 10psi. Ring them and talk to them they are quite customer friendly AZZ03L

Hey, I just had my car at JPC and I couldn't be happier. They are expensive but you do get what you paid for and like calais to4 me said they are pretty good blokes, the owner mark was really helpfull.

JPC don't have a website. Crow Cams in Cambellfield manufacture the cam and valve springs for the VL Turbo RB 30 and JPC own the rights to it so you have to go through them to get the cam as they did all the research and development for it. And all engine building and machine work for JPC is done at Pavtek raceing engines in Lalor. You could probably save some money by cutting out the middle man (Mark). I'm not going to bag them as the previous owner of my car spent some money there, but I have heard of some unhappy customer's then again you get this every where.

Red RB30 Jet's pretty much right on the ball.. as with any performance shop.. most of the work is generally subcontracted to other specialists. You could cut out the middle man, (Johnno) and thatd b a good start.. however organisations such as Pavtek etc, have much of the same unhappy customers.. Now i aint sticking it 2 JPC, nor does it bother me where many of u go, i learnt the hard way, trial and error, with many of performance shops.. and its taken me till now to find a genuine workshop. Listen, u arent gonna get unhappy customers, from minor jobs, its when u put big bux in2 a mod, and then u'l c what i mean.. Any workshop knows how to fit a boost guage, or turbo timer, Yes JPC have some very quick cars, however the cash put in2 them makes it seem as if it should go even faster.. I heard an interesting idea a couple days ago... imagine how fast the Rajab's engine would go in a car like their's (Vas's)... interesting...

Quote: I heard an interesting idea a couple days ago... imagine how fast the Rajab's engine would go in a car like their's (Vas's)... interesting... Good question YelLO-ChAsRr, HERE, WHY..... Does everybody know thats Ben V,s Gassed VL was only making 395RWKW with NOS when it ran its 9.39@147mph. Which all boils down to the car being lighter than everbody else,s cars at the time, The Rajab car on the other hand ran 9.6@144mph with 419RWKW which would atleast would be good for a 9.2/.1@150mph in a car with equivilent weight to the other cars out there, BUT now with 456RWKW should be an easy 8sec pass in the right car with the right traction..ALL still with the ****ty engine which will be pushed to 500RWKW before it will be retired and the REAL engine fitted.. The new engine expected to start at 500RWKW and be going up to whatevers deemed fit..Trust me things are dunna get real interesting in the coming months in the VL scene   ....JET

What sort of prices do JPC charge for hi-flows coolers TO4 etc. I know I can ring them but just thought you guy's may have got stuff done there and know what they really charge and if it's good. Heard that they do good work but expect your car to be sitting there for a while.

My first choice for hiflowing my turbo was JPC... untill I found out what they charge! 8O I also heard PET know their stuff too, so my cars in there at the moment getting it done, for WAY less than JPC were after. As WHITEMAJIC said, they are expensive, but good Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
