ive gotta sell my motor and gbox and when i bought the car (8 months ago) the woman i bought it off had got one of her good friends (who worked at the commodore service centre) to reco the gbox. what i wanna know is, is there any way of finding out if the gbox has had any kind of strengthening that is cheap (read: free )? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Just ring them and ask for the number of the guy who rebuilt it.
