Just got done by the cops saying that my engine is dont meet the spec's of the "QLD" RTA !! im from melbourne now living in Brisbane can anyone tell me whats the go with having a vl turbo with cooler, low suspension etc.... thanks 8)

all depends on the cops . i had a transport guy pull me over and only copmment on my ride height and tacho then i had some of the "hoon squad" go over my whole car threateing me to defect the lot and tow it away. best bet is to get some blue compliance plates so u can tell them to shove it up their ass

He asked me why I needed a second wastegate to regulate boost.
Dumbfounded I asked him what he was referring to.. It was the bov, I tried explaning what it was for and how a turbo worked but he still didnt get it
They also told me that having my front no. plate moved to the side is illegal.. vlt87 have you had any probs with cops with your plate moved over?
**** happens when u own a VL !! bloddy cops are all wayz pulling me over... again tonight they did a licence check !!
havent they got anything else better to do than to pick on me!
