Hey, i own a burgany vl at the moment and am planning to respray in the same colour since it hasn't been resprayed since new. Anyway i was planning to paint from the bumpers down in grey including the side but i have seen a few vls with a bit of gold in the bumpers. Also with the burgany can i add a more darker and richer reddish colour in there or will this look crap? Thanks

keep it all the same colour man.....no point in mixin the pain around, either all the same or silver on the bottom and red on the top (calais paint job)..........answer ya question?!?!

speaking of resprays, would any of u know how much it costs to do a total respray (have to cover up the new bonnet and front righ guard after my crash) in the same colour?? Is there any way in which you can reduce the cost of the respray such as sanding it down yourself???

I think there was a thread already done about this... But if u sand it down and prepsol it yourself you may save money. Its also handy to know people in the industry.
