Errk. I had the same troubles in my VL... the rear ones are a C*%T but I did make up some diagrams etc.. best bet... line the up against a car that already has power windows and match the pattern they run in. after hours and hours and hours and days of working on one rear window... I finally figured it out... its just got to run in a certain order... I think you'll find if you try and power it in the wrong order it will just spring off.. biggest tip... don't get the ****s and pull on the cable to hard... they're $50 for a regulator from the wreckers i've found... hehe (kinks don't run through well.) drop me a personal message/email if you need a hand, i'm in sydney...

on another note I'm guilty of getting the ****s and paying someone to wire it for me. I'd had enough by then so I had the rear windows wired in..
